Policies & Code of Practice

Majestic Massage has adopted the Policies listed below and Code of Practice of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT)

GIFT VOUCHERS

  1. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  2. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  3. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years, until the shown expiry date.
  4. Voucher Codes have to be redeemed along with Gift Vouchers.
  5. Lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced.

Promotional offers

  1. Promotional Offers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  2. Promotional Offers are not redeemable for cash.
  3. Promotional Offers are only valid for a limited time as shown.
  4. Redemption Codes have to be redeemed along with Promotional Offers.
  5. Lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen Promotional Offers will not be replaced.
  6. Promotional Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Cancellation POLICY

  1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
  2. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. Any applicable cancellation fees must be paid prior to the next treatment appointment.

late Arrival POLICY

  1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time (10 minutes prior to initial remedial massage appointments).
  2.  If late arrival is unavoidable, treatment time may be shortened to keep on schedule, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
  3. Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) may incur a 100% charge.
  4. Any no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.

Refund

  1. A FULL REFUND to those complaints raised with our practitioners WITHIN the FIRST TEN MINUTES of all treatments.
  2. A PARTIAL REFUND to those complaints raised with our practitioners or emergencies AFTER the FIRST TEN MINUTES of all treatments.
  3. All COMPLAINTS will be investigated and refunds are at the full discretion of management and processed in a timely manner.

  1. Majestic Massage provides only professional, health and wellbeing-focused massage. 
  2. Nothing outside this scope of practice is provided. 
  3. Please address massage therapists the way you would a physiotherapist, chiropractor or medical doctor.
